CONSUMER RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT

Given that purchasing through our website is considered distance selling, this section of the Terms and Conditions applies to Buyers who qualify as Consumers.

If you fall within the definition of Consumers, you have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating a reason. In this period, you need to send a statement of withdrawal..

If you have ordered multiple types of goods with a single order that are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins to run when the last type of ordered goods is delivered to you. In the case of goods delivered in multiple shipments or parts, the 14-day period starts running when the last shipment or part is delivered to you.

You exercise this right by completing the withdrawal form in printed form or by providing a withdrawal statement in another written form and sending it to our registered office address or email: master@rockors.com.

The statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement takes effect from the day you send it to TwogNation. If you send the withdrawal statement electronically, we will promptly inform you in writing or on another durable medium of receipt of your statement.

In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, you are obliged to return the goods to us without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you sent the withdrawal statement, bearing the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, they must be in proper and unused condition, in the original and undamaged packaging. You are also obliged to provide the invoice (or invoice and dispatch note).You can return the product by sending it to us exclusively before the expiry of the product's validity period, provided it has been stored and kept in appropriate conditions by you.In the case of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Consumer is entitled to a refund or replacement of another product if the goods and packaging are undamaged, the product is in proper condition, and you provide the invoice (or invoice and dispatch note). The amount paid for the goods will be refunded to the Consumer after the goods have been returned to our address from which they were sent to the Consumer. TwogNation will refund the payments received from the Consumer without delay, including the delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day it received the withdrawal form. TwogNation may postpone the refund until it receives the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back to us.

The Consumer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary, or exceeding what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

In such cases, TwogNation has the right to return the reduced price.

The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

1. Provision of services, after the service has been fully performed if the provision of the service began after the express prior consent of the Consumer and with his confirmation that he knows that he loses the right to withdraw from the contract when the trader fully performs the contract.

2. Delivery of goods produced according to the Consumer's specific requirements or clearly personalized.

3. Delivery of goods that are subject to deterioration or have a short shelf life.

4. Delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

5. Delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods

6. Contracts in which the Consumer specifically requests a visit by the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance: if, during this visit, the Consumer provides other services in addition to those specifically requested or supplies other goods in addition to the replacement parts that are necessary for maintenance or repair, the right to withdraw from the contract applies to these additional services or goods.
