Please carefully inspect the device before delivery and document any potential damages in the report that the driver will provide you.

Please note that claims for damages reported more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted as timely. Also, keep in mind that you are not obligated to accept devices with physical damages


Products marked as "in stock" at the time of ordering will be delivered within a timeframe that will be provided to you shortly after purchase. For products marked as "with the supplier" at the time of ordering, the maximum delivery time will be 10 to 15 working days.


In the case that you have ordered both products marked as "in stock" and products marked as "with the supplier" in a single purchase, you will receive two order confirmations due to different delivery times. Along with the order confirmation, you will receive a distance selling contract, a contract withdrawal form, and information about the rights and obligations of buyers.


Delivery within Belgrade

For delivery of goods within Belgrade, the delivery costs are borne by the buyer.Recipients can choose to unpack and inspect the devices right in front of the entrance door if they wish.


Personal Pickup

Delivery


The delivery costs are borne by the buyer

Placed orders are deliverable inside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and are made by "Post Express".

Work hours of the delivery service are every work day from 8h to 19h.
